My name is David. I was an athlete in my youth, having the opportunity to play rugby at a professional and semi-professional level. I then took that enthusiasm for physical fitness and joined the military, serving as an infantryman throughout the 00's.

I'm now in my 40s, in the best shape of my life, and I have made it my mission to help people regain their confidence, health, and strength through diet, exercise, and simple but effective lifestyle changes.

Why Ironside?

Simply put, I've been where you are. I was an elite athlete throughout my youth, served in the military, and was always active.

After leaving the military, my life slowed down, but my diet didn't. I told myself that eating right was too expensive, that I didn't have time to workout, and that I would rather spend my little free time with my family than at the gym. The problem was that I stopped showing up. I didn't like what I saw in the mirror, I didn't have any energy for them or myself, and I just spiralled.

One day, I made the changes I had to. After telling myself that it was too hard, it was too expensive, and I would be taking time away from my family, I realised that I was robbing the people I cared for of my best self. I wanted to be able to play with my kids just that little bit longer. We don't stop playing because we get old, we get old because we stop playing.

After getting control of my diet, exercise, and sleep habits, I'm now in my 40s and in the best shape of my life. I'm not in the gym for hours every day, I spend less on groceries each week than I would if I took my kids out to a nice restaurant for dinner once a week, and I have the energy and drive to outperform my peers, both in the gym and in life in general.
